Reservations and Deposits

We hope you and your family and friends will come stay with us soon. Reservations can be made one three different ways.

1. Preferred: Fill out our online Reservation Form at the bottom of this page.

2. Call 518-634-2897 (office hours are 10 A.M. until 7 P.M.)

3. Print, fill out and mail in our Reservation Form. Click here to download the form. (PDF)

Please Note: Regardless of how you make your reservation, a deposit of $75 per person must be received by us within 10 days of the time you make the reservation.

Deposits are refundable if given two weeks notice of cancellation; however, a $10 service charge will be deducted from all deposit refunds. Refunds cannot be made on shorter notice since staffing, food ordering, etc. are based on reservations.

Dress is casual - we want you to be comfortable.

Check In Time…………………3 P.M.

If you wish to remain beyond check out time you are welcome to leave your bags at the office.

If you wish to arrive before 3 P.M., please feel free to do so. Naturally, if your room is ready, you may check in immediately. However, availability  cannot be guaranteed before 3 P.M.

Summer office hours are from 10 A.M. until 7 P.M.  If you will be arriving after 7 P.M., please let us know so we can arrange to have someone available to check you in.
