From the South:
New York State Thruway to Exit 21, then Rt 23 West to Rt 145.

Taconic State Parkway to Hudson Exit, then Rt 23 West to Rt 145.

From the East:
Take Massachusetts Turnpike to the Taconic Parkway.  Take Rt 23 Exit then take Rt 23 west to Rt 145.

From the West:
New York State Thruway to Exit 29 Canajoharie. Left on Rt 5S to 162 South.  162 to Rt 30A South, into 30 South.  In Middleburgh turn left on Rt 145.
